MEET YOUR SINGING TEACHERS

ALANAH STONE

Alanah Stone is a passionate vocal coach with over 7 years of experience nurturing aspiring singers. Her journey in music began over 13 years ago, and she has since honed her skills through extensive performance experience with her band and solo gigs throughout Queensland and New South Wales.

A lifelong musician, Alanah's love for music was deeply influenced by her family. Her parents' eclectic taste in music and her brother's exceptional musical talent provided a rich and inspiring environment for her development. Alanah's dedication to her craft was further solidified by her graduation from a Bachelor of Music in 2021.

Alanah's teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student is unique. She enjoys the personal nature of coaching, tailoring her lessons to meet individual needs and goals. With a focus on building confidence, technique, and expression, Alanah empowers her students to reach their full potential.

“I really love teaching because it’s such a personal experience for everyone. Everyone has their own quirks and personalities, skills and experiences. i love to experience that within other people and to help them grow as a musician and singer.”

JACK WATSON

Jack Watson is a talented singer and performer with a passion for sharing his music with the world. Based on the Gold Coast, Australia, Jack has captivated audiences with his soulful voice and charismatic stage presence.

In 2013, Jack's exceptional talent took him to the iconic Disneyland in Anaheim, USA, where he performed centre stage. This experience was a springboard for his career, leading to his selection as a representative for Australia at the ARTS in Orlando, USA, in 2014. There, Jack's incredible singing skills earned him the 1st Place Singer award in his age group and the overall Singer award, outshining 250 competitors from around the globe.

Jack's musical journey continued to soar in 2024 with the release of his debut single, "Nothing's Going To Stop Us Now," recorded with renowned producer Lindsay Waddington. The song's success was undeniable, reaching the top 5 on multiple Australian country charts and even peaking at #4 on international charts.

Following the success of his single, Jack participated in the prestigious 52nd Tamworth Country Music Festival, sharing the stage with acclaimed artists and learning from industry legends like Allan Caswell, Brian Cadd, and John Williamson.

In addition to his musical achievements, Jack has also been honoured to perform at significant events. In 2024, he was selected to perform at Elephant Rock for the Currumbin Dawn service, a tradition he has been a part of for four years. His touching tribute, "We Will Remember," written by Andrew Tuppen, was later picked up by the AFL and performed during the halftime show at the Anzac Round match between the Gold Coast Suns and West Coast Eagles.
