MEET YOUR SINGING TEACHER

ALANAH STONE

Alanah has been singing for over 13 years now. Professionally she has been singing for over 5years with her band and solo gigs around the Gold Coast, Brisbane and NSW. Alanah started teaching over 7 years ago with assisted teaching and she has grown into the wonderful teacher she is today. Alanah found alot of her musical inspiration through her family. She loved her Mum and Dads music taste, her Dad also plays bass and plays in the band with Alanah. Her brother has been an exceptional musician his whole life, he is currently in a heavy metal band himself. In 2021 Alanah graduated from her Bachelor of Music. Which she found to be a great experience in her music journey being able to learn from other people as a musician.

“I really love teaching because it’s such a personal experience for everyone. Everyone has their own quirks and personalities, skills and experiences. i love to experience that within other people and to help them grow as a musician and singer.”

JACK WATSON

Jack started with us at Hanlon School of music in the middle of 2023. There are many ways to describe Jack Watson, but unique, talented, and charismatic just seem to scratch the surface. Few people sing so honestly from their heart and soul. Jack Watson Music does so in just the right way, combining art, story, and song in perfect unison.

Accomplished Singer with 11 years of performance expertise. Successful in singing various styles and genres with excellent range. Confident in sightreading music, memorizing lyrics and maintaining a professional stage demeanour. Well-Versed in many various styles of music.
